Yes. Plans are subscriptions. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans once a year, charged automatically to the card you registered until you cancel. You can see the amount and next billing date in the confirmation window before you pay and under “Subscription” in your account. Extra credits are not a subscription: each purchase is charged once.
You can cancel anytime under “Subscription” in your account. After you cancel, you keep using it until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. You can undo the cancellation before the period ends.
Subscription credits from your plan are granted fresh every month, and any you don’t use are cleared on the next grant date (they don’t roll over). Yearly plans also grant one month of credits each month. Extra credits you buy and sign-up credits never expire, and subscription credits are always used first.
If generation fails, the credits used for that step are returned. Credits are used again only when you review a result and regenerate it.
Yes. Open “Buy credits” in the credits menu at the top and pick a pack or enter the amount you want. Credit packs start at $10 for 1,000 credits (plus applicable tax). It’s a one-time payment and never renews automatically. Extra credits never expire. Used credits are not refundable.
Within 14 days of a payment, unused paid credits can be refunded, and duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded in full. Request a refund at paddle.net or through “Billing & credits” on the Contact page. See the Refund Policy for details.
