Terms of Service
Last revised 2026-10-20
Effective date: October 20, 2026
1. Who we are and agreeing to these terms
Ddalkkak is provided by AIgorhythm Co., Ltd., a company registered in the Republic of Korea (“we”, “us”). When you use Ddalkkak, your contract is with AIgorhythm Co., Ltd.. Our company details are listed in Section 15.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What the service is
Ddalkkak is a tool for making new videos using a YouTube video as a reference. You enter a reference video link and a topic, and the service produces the script, voice, scene images and video step by step. You can check and edit the result at each step.
Ddalkkak is a generative artificial intelligence (AI) service. The script, voice, images and video are made by AI models. Which companies’ AI we use is set out in the AI Use Policy.
3. Your account
- You sign up and log in with a Google account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Ddalkkak. We do not collect dates of birth; by signing up you confirm that you are 16 or older. If we learn that a user is under 16, we delete the account and its information
- Your account is for your use only. Keep your login safe and tell us right away if someone else has used your account
4. Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you pay, you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. We do not receive or store your card details.
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the Pricing page. They do not include tax; any sales tax or VAT for your location is calculated and added at checkout by Paddle
- Plans (monthly and annual) are subscriptions that renew automatically. You are charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel. The annual plan is charged once a year
- You can cancel at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew
- If we change the price of a plan, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the change applies to your subscription. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before then
5. Credits
- Steps that generate something new — script, voice, images, video — use credits. The estimated credits are shown before you press the run button of each step
- Subscription credits are granted every month, one month’s worth at a time, including on the annual plan. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next month
- Extra credits are a one-time purchase and are not charged again automatically. Extra credits and sign-up credits do not expire
- Base credits of a plan or credit pack are paid credits. Bonus credits and sign-up credits are free credits and are used first
- If a generation step fails, the credits for that step are returned to your balance automatically
- Credits have no cash value outside the refund rules below, cannot be transferred to another account, and cannot be resold
6. Refunds
You can get a refund for unused paid credits within 14 days of a payment, and duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded in full. Refunds are handled by Paddle and requested at paddle.net or through us. The full rules are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
7. Reference videos
A reference video is used to learn its narrative structure and visual style. We do not copy or re-upload the original video.
However, you choose which video to reference, and you are responsible for making sure that the video you choose and the result you make do not infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, or rights of personality and publicity.
8. What you put in and what you get out
- Your inputs — you are responsible for the links, topics, text, files and instructions you give the service, and you confirm that you have the rights needed to use them
- Your results — as between you and us, the results you make belong to you and you may use them, including commercially. The terms of the AI providers we use may add restrictions; see the AI Use Policy
- Accuracy — AI can produce a different result each time and can be wrong. We do not guarantee that results are accurate, complete, original or fit for a particular purpose. Check results before you publish them, especially facts, names and figures
- Similar results — other users may receive results similar to yours, and you have no rights over results generated for others
- Labelling — when you publish a result, disclose that it was made with AI. Clearly label anything that could be mistaken for a real person or a real event
- We do not use the videos you make for our own promotion without your separate consent
9. Acceptable use
You must not use Ddalkkak to create, upload or share, or to try to create:
- Anything illegal, or anything that promotes illegal activity
- Sexual content involving minors, in any form
- Sexual or intimate content of a real person, or deepfakes of a real person made or shared without their consent
- Content that impersonates a real person or organization, or that is designed to deceive people into believing something false — including fake news, election misinformation, and fraud or scams
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that encourages violence or self-harm
- Content that exposes someone’s private or identifying information (doxxing)
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights
- Spam, or malware and other harmful code
You must also not:
- Try to bypass the service’s safety measures or the AI models’ safeguards (for example, “jailbreaking”)
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, probe it for weaknesses, or access it in ways we have not made available
- Put excessive load on the service with automated tools, or scrape it
- Share, sell or transfer your account or credits
We may review, block or remove inputs and results that break these rules, and we may report illegal content to the authorities.
10. Our intellectual property
The Ddalkkak service — its software, design, text, logos and the “Ddalkkak” name — belongs to AIgorhythm Co., Ltd. or its licensors. These terms give you the right to use the service, not ownership of it. You may not copy, modify or reverse engineer the service except as the law allows.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if a payment is not made or is reversed, or if your use creates a risk of fraud or a security risk for the service or other users.
Where we can, we tell you the reason by email first and give you a chance to respond. Where we must act immediately, we tell you right after. If you think we made a mistake, contact us and we will review it. If we close your account without you having broken these terms, we refund your unused paid credits.
12. Deleting your account
- You can leave at any time from Account settings > Login and security > Delete account, or by asking us. We then delete your account, projects and generated results
- To confirm it is you, you must have logged in within the last 10 minutes or re-enter the email you signed up with
- Remaining credits are lost when you delete your account. If you have unused paid credits from a payment in the last 14 days, request a refund under the Refund Policy before deleting. Cancel any active subscription as well
- If you sign up again with the same email, you get a new, empty account and sign-up credits are not given again
- Payment and credit records that we must keep by law are kept for the period stated in the Privacy Policy
13. Service availability and liability
We work to keep Ddalkkak running well, but we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features and screens may change. We announce major changes that are unfavourable to you in advance. Because data can be lost, download important results and keep your own copy.
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost revenue from published videos. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not responsible for failures we could not reasonably prevent, such as natural disasters or outages of third-party services.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or removes any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
14. Changes, governing law and disputes
When we change these terms, we post the new version on this page at least 7 days before it takes effect. If a change is unfavourable to you, we post it at least 30 days before and also tell you by email. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If a problem arises, please contact us first — most issues can be solved quickly. If we cannot resolve it, either of us may bring the dispute before the competent court.
