Refund Policy
Last revised 2026-10-20
Effective date: October 20, 2026
Who processes your payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds are paid back to the payment method you used, by Paddle.
1. Refunds within 14 days
- Nothing used — full refund. If you ask within 14 days of a payment and have not used any of the credits from that payment, we refund the full amount of that payment
- Partly used — refund of what is left. If you ask within 14 days and have used some of the credits, we refund the paid credits you have not used. Credits you have already used to generate something are not refunded, because that part of the service has already been delivered
- Refund amount = remaining paid credits × the price you paid per paid credit
- Price per paid credit = the amount you actually paid (before tax) ÷ the paid credits that payment gave you
- Paid credits are the base credits of a plan or credit pack. Bonus credits and sign-up credits are free and are used up first, so your paid credits only start to go down once your free credits are gone
- Any tax charged on the refunded amount is refunded with it
- This applies to every payment: credit packs, the first payment of a subscription, and each renewal payment
2. Always refunded in full
- Duplicate or mistaken charges — for example, the same payment taken twice, or a renewal charged after you had already cancelled. These are refunded in full, at any time, whether or not credits were used
- Our fault — if you could not use the service or did not receive a result because of a problem on our side, we make up for it in credits or, if you prefer, refund the matching amount
3. Things that are not refunded in money
- Bonus credits and sign-up credits, because they were given free of charge
- Paid credits after the 14-day refund period has passed, except in the cases in Section 2 or where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund. Unused extra credits never expire, so you can keep using them
If a generation step fails, the credits for that step are returned to your balance automatically — you do not need to ask.
4. Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel a monthly or annual plan at any time from Account settings > Subscription, or through the link in the receipt email from Paddle
- After you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew
- Cancelling stops future payments. To get money back for a payment already made, request a refund as described below
5. How to request a refund
- Through Paddle — go to paddle.net, find your order with the email address you paid with, and request a refund. You can also reply to the receipt email you received from Paddle
- Through us — email official@aigorhythm.net or use the Contact page (choose “Billing & credits”) with your order number, and we will arrange the refund with Paddle
- We aim to reply within 3 business days. Once a refund is issued, it usually takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer
- When a refund is issued, the refunded credits are removed from your balance
6. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any right to cancel or get a refund that the consumer law of your country gives you. For the rest of the rules on payment and credits, see the Terms of Service.
